Next door is the Norwich Union Insurance Buildings at 49-50 Fleet Street which was built in 1911 to the designs of Jack McMullen Brooks. In the distance is Hector Powe, tailors at 53 Fleet Street; Clifford Milburn Limited, art suppliers at 54 Fleet Street; and the Lord's Day Observance Society at 55 Fleet Street.
