Description
View of the temporary London Bridge on fire in the night of April 11th, 1758. In the foreground a crowd of people have gathered to watch the disaster, behind them on the right a lone figure directs a water jet at the fire. This bridge had been constructed while structural work was carried out on old London Bridge.
