Description
The main entrance of Selfridges department store at 400 Oxford Street, Westminster. The entrance has decorations in celebration of the Coronation of George VI. The decorations include carved figures bearing gifts, a figure on a throne, a crown, flags, and embroidered insignia onto the back cloth. 'Let Peace Prevail' is written on the sunburst above the crown. 'God Save the King' is inscribed below. Selfridges was Grade II listed in 1970, listing number 1357436.
