Depiction of funerary portrait paintings on wood coffins found in Roman Egypt. This painting was removed by Sir William Matthew Flinders Petrie, an archaeology, in his excavations in the Egyptian Fayum during the 1880s. This funerary portrait was on display at the Egyptian Hall, Piccadilly.
