Title
Houses in Pett Street
Description
Front elevations of a row of terraced houses situated at 2-30 Pett Street, Woolwich. They were demolished as part of a five-year slum clearance plan by Woolwich Borough Council and the LCC, who had earmarked the worst of the houses on Morris Walk and Pett Street (formerly Ann Street, and renamed after the shipbuilding family). They would eventually make way for the Morris Walk Estate built in the early 1960s.
