Title
House in Eastway
Description
A view of the back of 67 Eastway, Hackney, a brick built two-storey nineteenth-century Victorian terrace house with lower ground floor. In the image can be seen the tiled roof with chimney stack and chimney pots, a drain pipe, sash windows, the back door with six-paned window with net curtain, pot plants on a window sill of a window by the back door, the tiled roof of the lower ground floor extension which likely includes an outside lavatory, and the metal post of a clothes line. At the back of the garden can be seen a wooden fence. The house survives in a row of terrace houses beside Lee Conservancy Road, Hackney.
