Description
St Matthew's Church, Effra Road, Brixton, looking to Brixton Road. The church is a Grade II listed building built in 1822-24 by Charles Ferdinand Porden in the Greek revival style, with an octagonal tower on top of a square Doric bell stage. A vehicle approaches and tram lines are on the road. A line of trees are on the right and lamp posts on the pavement. Two children face the camera in hats and coats.
