Description
View of early to mid-nineteenth-century houses at 40-44 Stockwell Park Crescent, Stockwell. Built on land formerly part of the Manor of Stockwell, development was undertaken by William Cox of Kennington who purchased part of the estate in 1838. Number 40 is a three-storey detached house with basement; it is Grade II listed, listing number 1064921. Numbers 42-44 are two-storey semi-detached houses with basements, Grade II listed together with numbers 46 and 48, listing number 1357931.
