Houses in Langley Lane
Description
Front elevations of a terrace of two-storey brick buildings with wooden porches at 16-22 Langley Lane, Vauxhall. The terrace has London roofs and has lost its cornice. The property front yards are planted with a few trees and are fronted with hedges. Publisher of the African Times and Orient Review, Duse Muhammad Ali and Black nationalist philosopher Marcus Garvey lived on Langley Lane in 1915. The buildings in the view have since been replaced with newer housing.
