Houses in Holland Street
Description
View of two-storey terraced houses at 11-21 Holland Street, Stockwell, with a low wall and railings enclosing the front gardens.

A hand cart is parked in the road. The street was named after the 3rd Baron Holland who in 1800 owned this part of Lambeth. The road's name was changed to Caldwell Street after 1929.

The whole area was badly damaged in World War II, and was demolished, replaced with blocks of flats part of the Caldwell Gardens Estate.
