Description
12-14 Ducie Street, Lambeth. Victorian terrace housing with neo-Gothic features such as the pointed arch windows and door entrances. An attic dormer window sits in the centre of the tiled roof. A triple set of windows are on the upper floor and a bay window projects from the front on the ground floor with Corinthian column details. All windows are sash and curtains are visible. A decorated brick cornice is under the roof edge. Small bushes and a metal bin are in the front garden and a brick wall marks the boundary, with one slightly crumbling.
