Description
7-21 Denny Street, Lambeth. Grade II listed buildings designed c1913 by J.D. Coleridge for the Duchy of Cornwall Estate. Two-storey red brick cottages designed with Dutch style gables, chimneys and contrasting dark tiled roof sit behind a line of trees. A Prince of Wales' feathers are sculpted into the section between the two gables. A first-floor brick band, sash windows with glazing bars in moulded wood architraves and half-glazed doors with an oblong fanlight are other key features. Short white posts with linking chain are along the boundary. Cars are parked on the road. Scaffolding is on the left and a sign 'Danger Men Working Overhead' is outside the works.
