Description
An early to mid nineteenth-century villa at 33 Groveway, Lambeth, made from stock brick and Grade II listed. Two storeys and stuccoed basement and frieze. Low-pitched hipped slate roof with bracketed eaves. Angle pilasters with stuccoed capitals sit at the corner edges. The sash windows have moulded architraves and glazing bars, cornices and ornamental cill-guards on the ground floor level. Steps lead up to the prostyle porch with square columns. Chimney walls are at each end of the roof. Iron railings mark the boundary with trees behind. A Volvo car sits on the drive and another car is parked on the road.
