This early to mid nineteenth-century pair at 29-31 Groveway, Lambeth, is built from stock brick and Grade II listed. Each house has three storeys, stucco basement and a set back entrance bay. Fairly low-pitched hipped slate roof with central chimney wall. Sash windows with some glazing bars. There are moulded architraves on the upper floors and pedimented entablatures on the lower floor.
