Title
Houses in Oxford Gardens
Description
View of 96-98 Oxford Gardens, Ladbroke Grove. A pair of large double-fronted, semi-detached brick houses with three storeys plus basement, built in the 1860s and 1870s. Both front doors have glass and metal porches and a wooden balustrade around a first-floor balcony. On the roofline are three ball-shaped finials and chimneys. The front garden wall is very low and there is a dustbin on the right, and two black rubbish bags on the pavement. The backs of houses on Bassett Road can be seen in the background. The parked car on the left is a Ford Cortina which can also be seen on image number 85877.
