View of front elevations of terraced houses at 53-59 Lansdowne Road, Notting Hill. The classical stucco houses are four storey including lower ground and numbers 55 and 57 have porticos supported by square pillars with a small balcony above. Along the top of the buildings there is a cornice topped by a stone balustrade. The small front gardens have a low walls. There appears to be roadworks in the road as crossed wooden poles and a wheelbarrow are visible. Parked in the street are a Rover P4 90/110 (registration RJJ 390) and a Standard Pennant (registration 191 UML).
