Herbert Court Mansions are located on the south-east side of the square, south of the entrance to Farnell Mews, and date from 1891-92. The building has five floors over a basement.

It is constructed from red brick laid in English bond with stone and cement dressings. The Earl’s Court Square frontage has two canted bays which extend up from the basement level to the eaves line with Juliette balconies with ornate cast iron railings set between. The principal entrance is located on the street frontage facing south; it has a fine blocked columned surround with broken segmental pediment with cartouche above.
