Description
Front elevations of early nineteenth-century terraced houses at 55-59 Canonbury Road, Islington. Restoration works are being carried out by B.J.W. Builders & Co. at number 57. A skip full of debris and wood is placed along the road, also a builder's van is parked alongside the road. Planks of wood are propped up against the front of the house, and a woman is passing by with her child in a stroller. The houses and attached railings were Grade II listed in 1972.
