Description
A general view of 74-80 Gower Street, Holborn. The four terraced houses are Grade II listed buildings, built c1787. They have three storeys with attics and arched doorways with fanlights above panelled doors, and railings in front of basements. The windows on the first floor have bracketed sills and iron guards. A rendered band is below second-floor windows at numbers 76 and 78. The ground-floor windows at number 74 are arched. Chimney stacks can be seen with several chimney pots in a row and lead rainwater heads and lead pipes.
