Description
Front elevation of Chelsea Town Hall, King's Road, viewed from the junction with Sydney Street. At the time of the photo the building was no longer being used as a town hall. By the late 1970s is had become the registry office for Kensington and Chelsea, which was previously located just across the road. A car can be seen waiting at the traffic lights on the King's Road as a number of pedestrians cross the road in front of it.
