Located on the western side of Southampton Way opposite the junction with Riddell Street, it is a two storey brick built property with a small front garden area with mature trees and enclosed by iron railings. The building on the extreme right, at 256 Southampton Way, was an adhesives factory. The buildings no longer exist and the land has been redeveloped but continues to be residential.
