Buildings in Cadogan Gardens
A view of 19 Cadogan Gardens, Chelsea. A large two-storey, red brick building with one central entrance, seven garages on the ground floor, large arched windows on first floor and four dormers on each side of the central section. This stretch of the road used to be an extension of Draycott Place and the building was used for Electric Engineering Works. A lamp hangs in an ornate iron bracket above the door - this has since been replaced with a simpler one. The arch above the door lintel and other sections of the central part contain ornate terracotta reliefs and a plaque with 'Nineteen Cadogan Gardens' written on it. Parked cars. The garage doors on the left have since been turned into windows. The corner building next door which used to be called Beatrix House has been converted into a shop.
