72 Flood Street, Chelsea. Rear elevation of Rossetti Studios, taken from the roof opposite. Rossetti Studios, built by Edward Holland in 1894, were Grade II listed in 2010. Augustus John and William Orpen opened Chelsea Art Schoool there in 1904, which attracted a wide range of literary and artistic figures.
