Description
View of front elevations of houses at 27-28 Holly Grove, Peckham Rye, Southwark. A pair of semi-detached three-storey plus basement brick built houses. Number 27 on the left has a small paved front garden enclosed by a white, wooden picket fence. The ground floor window is arched and the pointing around the bricks above all of the windows has been highlighted to accentuate the brickwork. Number 28 on the right has a small front garden enclosed by a wooden picket fence and a hedge. On the right of the building, steps with iron handrails lead up to the recessed entrance door. The 1st- and 2nd-floor windows of both buildings have moulded architraves with projecting sills. An Austin Mini with roof rack is parked in the street.
