Description
View of side elevation of derelict, semi-detached house at 6 Holly Grove, Peckham Rye, Southwark. The view is taken from the second floor window of 7 Holly Grove which is also derelict at this time. The house is two-storey with basement and is brick built with stucco covering and was built c1817-22. Steps lead up to the entrance with an arched fanlight. A sheet of corrugated iron covers the basement window and the slate roof tiles have been removed exposing the rafters. This house has since been refurbished. Numbers 5+6 were Grade II listed in 1972; List Entry Number: 1385608.
