Description
View of front elevation of house at 3 Jephson Street (formerly Wilby Road), Camberwell Green. Part of a terrace of five, two-storey plus basement, brick-built houses with stucco dressings and slate roofs with overhanging eaves. Each house has a single dormer window under segmental brick arch, cutting through a bracketed eaves cornice. Boundary iron railings and steps up to a recessed 4-panel door in the left of the building under a rectangular fanlight with doorcase cornice supported by consoles. Gate and steps down to the basement on the right. Partial view of 2 Jephson Street on the left and partial view of 4 Jephson Street on the right. The cul-de-sac is now a gated development. A Vauxhall Viva HB saloon and an Austin Mini van are parked in the street. Numbers 1-9 Jephson Street, previously numbered consecutively as 1-5 on the south side, were Grade II listed in 1998; List Entry Number: 1385627.
