Description
View of houses at 54-62 Camberwell Grove, Southwark. Numbers 54-60 are part of a block of six linked pairs of houses (numbers 38-60) dating from the early nineteenth century. Number 54 has iron area railings. The houses are Grade II listed (1972 with amendments in 1998), listing number 1378407. Number 62 is part of a terrace of five early nineteenth-century houses (numbera 62-70) which are also Grade II listed (1972 with amendments in 1998), listing number 1378410. It also features iron area railings. The wooden gates and fences have been replaced by iron versions but the iron handrail between numbers 54-56 still exists, and some of the window frames have been updated.
