Title
Houses in Kerbela Street
Description
View of houses at 22-36 Kerbela Street, Bethnal Green, by Busby Street, looking north. Graffiti is painted on number 36 with a Triumph Herald motor car parked outside. To the rear of number 36 is the partially seen number 13 Busby Street. An empty plot is all that remains of what was once 15 Busby Street on the corner with a chestnut paling fence closing off the plot. The gap between the houses on the right marks the junction with Granby Street and the houses running after are numbers 18-20 Kerbela Street. All these buildings have been demolished and are replaced by new residential housing stock in the form of a housing estate on Goldman Close.
