Title
House in Brady Street
Description
View of a derelict house at 63 Brady Street, Bethnal Green looking south west at the crossroads with Scott Street. Raking shoring props up the front elevations whilst families live inside proudly having their photograph taken. This house was to be demolished and replaced by a new public house named the Duke of Wellington. Two doors down on the left one can just see lettering on the front wall of what was a pub at the corner of West Street. In the background is 1-44 Codrington House. None of these buildings exist.
