View of 99 St James’s Drive, Balham. A two-storey, double-fronted house built c1871 and initially named Woodbine Cottage. Before the 1850s this area was undeveloped land, forming the southernmost reaches of Wandsworth Common. The west side of St James's Drive was developed in the late 1860s.
