Title
Buildings in Howie Street
Description
A view of terraced houses on Howie Street at the junction with Radstock Street in Battersea, showing numbers 15 to 23 (odd), including a shop on the corner. There is a sign in the shop window with the words 'LYONS TEA'. The buildings were replaced by factory buildings in the second half of the twentieth century. In 1991 the Royal College of Art's Sculpture Department moved into a converted factory on this site, which was redeveloped in 2004 by architects Wright & Wright.
