View of 46-68 Battersea Bridge Road taken from the corner of Battersea Church Road, facing southwards. This nineteenth-century terrace of three-storey properties have shops on the ground floor and flats above. A double-fronted empty shop can be seen at 46-48 with a motorcycle parked outside, an antiques shop at no.50 with grandfather clocks in the window and a chair outside, and at no. 52 Television Tube Shop and Everything Electrical. The public house The Prodigal's Return can just be seen at the end of the terrace. Street signs, advertisements, estate agents' boards are visible as well as traffic in the distance. A young man is crossing the pedestrian crossing in the foreground. The majority of this terrace remains intact except for the properties on the corner with Battersea Church Road which have been redeveloped.
