Description
This view shows three and four-storey terraced houses on 177-187 Battersea Bridge Road, part of Anglesey Terrace, built c.1865-7, built by George Godbolt, of King's Road Chelsea. An old painted advertisement can be seen on the side of the terrace. 177-179 have balconies on the first floor, and 181-185 have a decorative roof edge and multitude of chimnets (features that do not survive except for 181 as most of the terrace has had dormer extensions to the top floor).
