This row of three-storey properties at 62-68 Battersea Bridge Road have commercial premises on the ground floor. They were built by Richard Gibb, coffee house keeper, in the 1840s and were known originally as Caledonia Cottages. No.62-64 is A. Richards and Son, butchers, with window display of eggs at no.62, no.66 is G. & V. Fowler, tobocconist and confectioner, with hanging sign from second floor and window display of jars of sweets. No. 68 is National Sunlight Laundries and Dry Cleaner. A Vauxhall Viva is parked on the road.
