Description
A row of five three-storey terraced properties at 191-199 Battersea Park Road with flats above and commercial premises on the ground floor, some of which are boarded up with corrugated iron. The photograph is taken from Battersea Park Road and shows the corner of Southolm Street. Commercial premises include F.D. Finn, Chemist, K.W. Brown and Son and the Park Town Hotel public house (Truman's Brewery). Cranes can be seen in the background, building the Doddington Estate (for which these properties were eventually cleared).
