Description
A view of the Mansion House Buildings on the corner of Queen Victoria Street and Poultry, City of London. A neo-Gothic style triangular building with a cone-roofed tower, designed by John Belcher and completed in 1870. The ground floor houses a branch of jewellery company Mappin & Webb. A sign on the third floor advertises Offices To Let. A policeman or security guard stands in front of the building. In the background can be seen two church towers: St Mary Aldermary on the left and St Mary Le Bow on the right.
