Description
Farringdon Street, City of London, looking south from Holborn Viaduct. Cars parked alongside parking meters and a motorbike parked on a traffic island. Many of the buildings have been demolished. On the left 34-35 Meridian House has survived. At one time it, and number 32 next door, were both used as workshops for companies making boilers. They are now used as offices. Further doen the street Fleet Works has survived, once occupied by Harrild & Sons (manufacturers of printing equipment), now a public house and cocktail bar.
