View of vacant semi-detached Georgian period Queen Anne style houses at 808 and 810 High Road, Tottenham, looking east. Number 810, also known as Holly House, has a tobacconist and confectioners shop at the ground-floor seen with advertising signs for No6, John Player Special and Rothmans cigarettes, with Holly House bookshop on the extreme left in front of the coach house wing, which is believed to have been numbered 812, previously. The building is seen, generally, in a poor state of repair with the chimney stack above the roof, probably dangerous. The substantial two- and three-storey with basement brick building is Grade II* listed, listing number 1358835. The shop extensions at the front have since been removed, possibly during renovations carried out c2000, with the house reverting to it's original layout. Two men, can be seen in discussions in front of the derelict entrance path to number 810. The building is located within the North Tottenham Conservation Area. The green GPO junction box, mounted on the pavement, has since been removed.
