View of a group of buildings at 43 North Audley Street and 22-23 Grosvenor Square, Mayfair. These early twentieth-century buildings were all formerly part of 22 Grosvenor Square. They were built of Portland Stone in 1906-07 by Read and MacDonald. The two and four-storey buildings have basements with ornate railings. Number 43 has a courtyard with garages visible in the adjoining Lees Place. The bays to numbers 22-23 Grosvenor Square are flanked by Ionic columns. Large drainwater hoppers can be seen on the front elevations. There is a flagpole on the building. The buildings are Grade II listed, listing number 1357060. In the distance can be seen the American Embassy, which is also Grade II listed, listing number 1393496.
