Title
Buildings in Floral Street
Description
Oblique view of the front elevations of 33-36 Floral Street, Covent Garden. On a rainy day, in the foreground is a small coffee bar/ice cream parlour with tiny tables and stools pushed under a folding sun shade, together with homemade 'No Parking' signs and two plastic milk crates. In the window are various depictions of ice cream cornets and a neon sign saying 'Coffee Bar' but with the 'B' hanging off. Next door at number 34 are folding metal doors, the home of 'G. Magnin Covent Garden Ltd'. The 'entire freehold building' is for sale by E. A. Shaw & Partners of Bow Street. Next door, in a more elaborate building, is 'D. D. Pankhurst Ltd, Foreign Dept.'.
