View from height of Tower Hill, looking north from the former World Trade Centre at Europe House on East Smithfield. It looks past the international flags and Tower Gardens towards the City of London Polytechnic and the city beyond. On the right are the vacant plots on Eastminster, and beyond them, the Minories multi-storey cay park and the rail bridge over the Minories that carries the main line from Fenchurch Street.
