"The apostate Jack R - the political rat catcher - NB. Rats taken alive!"; showing John Robinson, Secretary to the Treasury in the late government, on his hands and knees, catching rats in a ramshackle room. He is holding out a paper, inscribed "Pension" to one of the rats, all of whom have human faces. On his back is a cage baited with a miniature coronet inscribed "Places".
