Front elevation of early nineteenth-century weatherboarded houses of varying size and design at 2-10 West Street, Carshalton. Number 2 is Grade II* listed, listing number 1183963. School sign on the pavement in front. Number 4 West Street is Grade II* listed, listing number 1357614. Numbers 6 and 8 West Street are Grade II* listed, listing number 1065636. Number 10 was originally an open sided barn and renamed Barn Cottage when it was converted into a house together with its neighbour at 10A. When 10A was disconnected it became The White House. Numbers 10 and 10A West Street have Grade II listing, number 1183966. These buildings are in the Carshalton Village Sub Area B Conservation Area.
