Title
Vic's Tub on Eel Pie Island
Description
This view shows the rear of Vic's Tub, a single-storey house that once stood on Eel pie Island in the Twickenham Riverside conservation area of Richmond-upon-Thames looking across the river towards Ham Fields. Its unkempt garden has a rusty corrugated iron shed and sheets of corrugated metal stowed haphazardly in the corner. To the left partly in view is a house called Kuala Lumpar, which still stands today. Vic's Tub was demolished, and a new and more substantial house called Blinkwater built on the corresponding site.
