This row of cottages and the adjacent public house, The Plough, in Christchurch Road, East Sheen, date back to the eighteenth century and are located in the Christchurch Road conservation area of Richmond-upon-Thames to the north of Richmond Park. They are across the road from Percy Lodge, originally a hunting lodge for the Duke of Northumberland.
