View of Brewers Lane, Richmond, looking towards George Street. Known for its jewellery, antiques, and confectionery shops, this paved passageway links the Richmond Green conservation area to George Street in the Central Richmond conservation area, and has a number of listed buildings from the eighteenth century. Loot of Richmond, disappearing to left of frame, is believed to be at 11 Brewers Lane, Grade II listed in 1968; listing number 1080868. Numbers 7 and 9 are listed locally as buildings of townscape merit and beyond seen below the Watneys Red Barrel sign is The Britiannia public house Grade II listed in 1983; listing number 135054. A lone pedestrian is walking towards George Street.
