Description
Front elevations of 1-4 Victoria Road, Surbiton. Midland Bank is at number 1, and J. Sainsbury at 2-3 with identical shop fronts and front doors and arched glass windows. An attended pram and an unattended pushchair stand outside. Shoppers walk into both shops. Eggs in boxes are displayed on shelves at number 3, with other goods on display in the window. At number 2, two cashiers are sitting at their registers with shoppers standing by them. There is a sign on the partly obscured building at number 4 for The Sirloin Steak House. The parade of shops at 1-8 Victoria Road is Grade II listed, listing number 1358455, and lies within the Surbiton Town Centre conservation area.
