Locally listed, it is a nineteenth-century, three-storey villa, in white painted stucco and with a shallow hipped roof. It has a porch and front door on the first floor, accessed by a flight of stairs. There is an illegible sign on the left hand side of the porch. A Renault 16, a Morris Minor van, with the name and address of the company 'Coheat' on it, registration FBY 25? and a Bedford TK truck, registration PLU 201L, are parked outside.
