Title
Chase Lodge in Page Street
Description
Rear elevation of Chase Lodge, Page Street, Mill Hill, partially obscured by vegetation. It is an early nineteenth-century Georgian house, formerly Page Street House, with late twentieth-century alterations. There is a central Doric porch and compared to image 160151 the back has been tidied up and renovated. Evidence of earlier lean-to structures can be seen on the walls. The wing to the right has a central entrance with steps and has an oval (illegible) plate to the right of the entrance door. There is a wooden palling fence between the house and garden. Judging by the leaves on the lawn, the picture was taken in the autumn. Chase Lodge is Grade II listed, listing number 1064883.
