Description
A view of the front elevation of a double-fronted house known as Far End in Wyldes Close, Hampstead Garden Suburb. The house has two storeys plus a roof dormer and is three windows wide. It was designed by Charles Evelyn Simmons (1879-1952) for himself. The front garden is planted with roses and there is a crazy paving drive. Dating from 1911, Far End was Grade II listed in 1996; listing number 1259433. The house is part of a group in Wyldes Close comprising Far End, Gates House and Wyldes Close Corner.
